Good luck with getting work to pay. Hopefully easier, since all they will have to pay for is the ticket and not travel and lodging, if you were going out of town for an event. I learned a great deal from going to one in Chicago a few years back. 

I'm going if work is paying or not. I even asked for the days off once I found out, just so they understood that I really wanted to go, even though it was over a year away.</description>
